Process and functional design
HR processes are responsible for attracting, selecting, training and maintaining talent in a company. When designing these processes, its key to consider the user experience for your customers, focusing on the ‘moments that matter’ for your employees championing an employee-centric design approach.

Provide process and functional expertise throughout your implementation; being the translator between you and your implementation partner and providing the hands-on expertise to support you fulfil you client obligations.

Conduct Workday functional discovery sessions aimed at gaining a better understanding of the current state for each function (e.g. number and type of compensation, time off and absence plans).

Define design principles which act as 'guard rails' to be referenced during the design stages of the project and ongoing for any proposed design changes.

Define the people process taxonomy and end-to-end people processes.

Support global and local design workshops to gather and analyse business requirements and define a proposed global & local solution.

Develop test scenarios for functional testing and participates in all phases of functionality testing.

Support change management with information and content for end user training.
