Julie has over 25 years’ system implementation, configuration and maintenance experience covering recruitment, HCM and absence management, helping clients to realise process efficiencies.

Julie has taken the lead as the absence specialist on three global Workday projects covering more than 40 countries with user populations in excess of 50K.

Julie has an in-depth understanding of absence processes and plan configuration, enabling her to work closely with the client to understand their requirements and validate the proposed solutions with the end user in mind.
